Seared Ribeye
Pan method
- Generously coat the steak with flaky salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium high to high heat.
- Once the pan is very hot, add the ribeye.
- Sear for 4-6 minutes per side, or until medium rare (an internal temp of 125° F)
- Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes. As the ribeye rests, it will continue to cook to a perfect medium rare.
Grill Method
- Generously coat the steak with flaky salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high hear 4-6 minutes per side, or until medium rare (an internal temp of 125° F)
- Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes. As the ribeye rests, it will continue to cook to a perfect medium rare.
