Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos
- Season the Mahi Mahi on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil to a nonstick pan over high heat. Fry the fish on all sides until nicely golden brown. Remove from pan and let rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- While the fish cooks, warm tortillas in a pan with a small amount of oil.
- To assemble, add Mahi Mahi to the center of a tortilla and top with cilantro, lime, and sliced cabbage.
