Steak Fajita Meal Kit for 6
Looking for a little beefier, bigger portion than our Steak Taco’s? The steak fajitas are a fantastic option for dinner and feed 6. Sliced Albers Beef flank steak with all the fixings to make a great fajita! Cooking instructions included and listed below.
Cooking Instructions:
Toss steak in seasoning from packet and 1 TBS oil
Heat 1 Tbs oil in pan on high heat
Cook pepper and onion 3-4 min or until soft
Set aside
Put steak in skillet and cook for 2-3 min
Flip meat and cook for additional 1 min
Stir in onions and peppers
Serve hot on warm tortillas
To warm tortillas: place in stacks of 6 and wrap in foil and place in 350 degree oven for 15-20 min or wrap in wet paper towel and microwave each stack in 30 sec intervals until warmed all the way through
