Street Tacos

  1. Season the meat with chili powder, cumin, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes
  2. Add about 1 Tbsp. of oil to a pan on medium high heat
  3. Add the seasoned meat to the pan and cook until medium rare (about 2 minutes per side)
  4. Remove the meat from the pan and dice
  5. Warm tortillas in a pan with a small amount of oil
  6. Fill the tortillas with meat and top with diced onion, cilantro, thinly sliced radishes, and jalapenos
